Uploading files to server from android client?

Hello!
I am developing an application in which you need to upload a photo to a php server. I used Retrofit 2.0, the library has a bug https://github.com/square/retrofit/issues/1063. The bug can be bypassed, as described in the discussion on the github (by statically specifying the file name), only as required by the application, each picture should have its own name. Please advise a normal library for uploading files to the server or tell me a good cost example?

Just a week ago, I uploaded audio via retrofit to php serv. Didn't find any problems.
