Upload speed limit?

Hello, I have archlinux installed on my virtual server, the Internet speed is 100mb/s ... I launched Apache and added the site, uploaded the archive to the root of the site and tried to download it (through the browser) the download speed is 64kb/s, the same speed when I via sftp I download something from the server ... Ideally, I would like to remove the restriction altogether! there is iptables, there is no firewall!
Tell me what can be done?
