Upload rate limit
Given:
1. Freshly installed Debian Squeeze
2. Apache 2.2.22-12
3. Perl 5.10.1
4. Uber Uploader 6.3.2

What I checked:
1. Installed NGINX + upload module = upload speed 1 mb/sec.
2. Installed mod php for apache and wrote a simple download script = speed 1 mb/sec.
3. Just sent a POST request through the extension to Google Chrome to the file /cgi-bin/ubr_upload.pl = sending speed is also 1 mb/sec.
But when you try to upload a file as usual through the web-face to ubr_upload.pl, the speed is limited to 100 kb / s.
