Upload bitrix balances and prices using REST API 1C?

Hello, there is a 1C REST API that provides methods for getting balances, nomenclature, etc. Also, a file is uploaded to the server every 5 minutes, in json format, which contains data on balances, quantities, transits. The next question is, is Bitrix inventory accounting suitable for unloading leftovers? For example, create warehouses and download the <leftovers>.json file when you log in, parse the file with a script, putting down the required amount for the warehouses. Then somehow operate with this data, for example, use it in a smart filter, display information on the warehouse and how much is there in the list and product card. By the way, ordering will also take place through API 1C, the required method will simply create a document in the system.
