Upgrading Apache with Passenger installed

On the combat server, Apache2 is installed with the Passenger module compiled via passenger-install-apache2-module. After apt-get update/upgrade it offers to upgrade apache. The question is: after updating Apache, Passenger won't fall off for me?

It shouldn't, but I don't see a problem. Do not fall off - well, fall off - rebuild again.
