Upgrade from windows 2008r2sp1 to 2012r2 standart?
We have a server (2008R2SP1 standart) for accounting with the following roles: Terminal Service, Print Service, File Service, Hyper-V (stopped).
Question: Is it worth upgrading to 2012r2 standart and what are the tricks? Or is it better to reinstall 2012r2 and configure?

Microsoft recently recommends installing everything from scratch and setting it up completely.
Publishing applications in rds 2012 is very different from 2008 and is primarily focused on using the gateway (rdweb) and clients no older than win7. Although, here everything very much depends on how accountants work with the terminal. I would advise you to run a test car and see what's what, because it is with rds out of the box that you can rest. Otherwise, there are no pitfalls from your list.
