Updating the site in the Yandex index?

Today in the webmaster I saw such information for one of my sites

Can this mean that Yandex has received new information that has appeared on the site during this time and, accordingly, the search results will change? Or such a message can hang for a long time?

Maybe the Yandex robot periodically rechecks all indexed resources.

Yes, there has been information before. Just 06/09/2015 there was an update of the Yandex index. There will be a sharp change in positions on a number of UK/VC requests.
