Updating the number of downloads on Google Play?

Back on Monday, the number of downloads crossed the line of 1000 installs, and the page on Google Play still flaunts "100-500 installs".
Also with the paid version, 7 purchases, and shows "1-5 installs".
Previously, according to my observations, this number on the game page was updated with a delay from loading statistics in the GP console, a maximum of two days. Now it's been almost a week.
Question 1. In your experience, what kind of delays in statistics have you experienced?
Question 2. Does the number of installs affect user loyalty? For example, the same application. One says "10-50 installs", the other copy says "100k-500k installs". In the second option, it seems to me, the user will have more desire to download.

Where does the information about 1000 installations come from, if 100 are drawn in the market? If you distribute through other stores, maybe the built-in analytics shows exactly the total number of installations?
My stats are about two days behind. Although, if the market is lying, then maybe not for two. But reviews usually appeared a day or two after they were left.

Fixing 100k and 500k was waiting for more than 10 days.
516892 dripped at the time when I counted it (but I think there is still aggressive caching of the number of installations for speed)
and it takes more than a week to update (until it will update 3 applications in a circle)
