Update wordpress to 3.8. Are there pitfalls?

I am using wordpress 3.7.1. There are no objections to working with 3.7.1 in principle. However, I really liked the admin panel and the ability to administer from various devices.
The question is, is it possible to upgrade to 3.8 and not worry that the site will be crookedly displayed / there will be no problems with the database? !
Have you updated already? Did you like it?

Everything is fine there at first glance, quite significant visual updates compared to previous versions. If you get used to interfaces a lot, it will be a little unusual. But it's all configurable.
No problems were noticed in the work of the site, as well as sharp jumps in performance. DB is ok.
I have 15 sites on WP, auto-update is enabled everywhere, 3.8 has only appeared on 3-4 so far.

There is no problem with the theme if you do not update it. WordPress update does not affect the theme, so update calmly ;)
