Update modules in Drupal?

I'm trying to update the installed Drupal modules, I get the following message: Error message Failed to get available update data for 50 projects.
cash_update cleaned in the database, does not help. I noticed that the second site on Drupal, on the same hosting, is also not updated.
Tell me, what ports should be open on the hosting in order for the update manager to work?
UPD It's all about the php settings, a certain service was disabled.

On some hostings, the firewall works, because of this it may not be updated, it is better to contact the support service with this question.
