Update let`s encrypt certificate in docker - how?
They asked for help with the site - the ssl certificate from let`s encrypt has ended, there is no auto-update.
I haven’t worked with dockers before, so I’m trying to figure out a new topic for myself.
instruction - found such an instruction. it seems everything is simple - we stop the current dockers, we start the command from the instruction by substituting our values - a certain temporary docker is created that reissues certificates. (Placing them in a certain "space"?
) (there are 5 of them) (docker-compose start) - everything seems to start, but the site does not work. I look through docker ps - and it is clear that the docker with nginx does not listen to port 443 ... - it is not clear to me what "broke down". restored from backup...
I would be grateful if you clarify what to read in order to understand the topic of what is happening in general and how to work with it all.
