Well, you can learn something at any age, but what else would you take especially without experience?

Like Russian, English, Chinese and other languages, programming languages are impossible to learn. What does it mean to "learn PHP"? Know ALL available features?
Spend two years, write your own primitive projects, analyze other people's, read the questions and answers here, find PHP tasks on the Internet, make a resume with a portfolio and get a job as the simplest programmer. And then work hard and grow your skill every year.
