Unsuccessfully uninstalled Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. How to get rid of gnome 2.0?

The laptop was running WIN10 and Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. Decided to uninstall Ubuntu. Out of ignorance, I simply (through the manager in Windows) compressed the partitions that I allocated for Ubuntu. Upon reboot, the Gnome command prompt appears. Through the bios, you can start Windows. But in the boot there was an option with Ubuntu. How to uninstall ubuntu completely?

It's not gnome, it's the grub bootloader.
Uninstall Grub and use Windows bootloader
