Unreleased Linux distribution?

Now I'm using Ubuntu LTS for development, and I noticed that I install half of the development software from third-party packages, and I collect half (for example, Ruby).
Therefore, I wanted to somehow get away from Ubuntu, but on the other hand, have a convenient environment (sudo service start, etc.).
GUIs are not needed, I'm using Ubuntu Server now under vagrant.
We need a distribution kit according to the following criteria:
- Unreleased. To always have updates.
- So that a few days after the release of a fresh version of something, it will already be in the repository.
- Batch. There is no time to compile the whole system like in gentoo.
- Friendly to vagrant. With ready updated boxes.
What distribution would you recommend? The last point is especially bad.

угадай с одной попытки?
Arch linux, только материться потом будешь еще больше, когда после обновления хз что править.
apt-get update && apt-get apt-get dist-upgrade- никто для вас не отменял.
А

Чтобы через несколько дней после выхода свежей версии чего-либо она уже была в репозитории.
