Unreal Engine C++ error?

I create a project and it says this error

  Failed to open/create session data: STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED

I am using UE version 4.16
The project is generated for vs 2015
There is a 2017 version

We must try to run the studio as Administrator and create a project in it
