Unreal Engine 4.21.1 won't start, what should I do?

Hello sofa experts. I wanted to ask you what is the problem.
I downloaded Unreal Engine 4 several times and everything is the same:
1. I click Run -> Wait -> Start
2. Then the UE4 window Loading 100%
3. Epic Games Launcher -> start button again
4. The Unreal Project Browser window appeared completely transparent, it may be present for a couple of minutes, and then it is cut down.
I did everything and restarted the PC, and reinstalled UE4, and launched it with exe, and did the same with administrator rights, and was on the old version. Same.
I ask the great sofa experts to help me.

Maybe just not enough RAM? Or with the drivers for the video card is bad? Too little data. Are there any logs in "c:\Users\\AppData\Local\Epic Games" or "c:\Users\\AppData\Local\EpicGamesLauncher"?
