Unloading applications through the Google Play market. What could be the problem?

Some time ago, the market stopped downloading applications. The download stops at a certain percentage and does not go further (when reloading, it stops at about the same percentage). The problem remains, both when downloading from Wi-Fi (tried through 3 different points), and through the mobile network.

The problem is solved: a complete reset of the market helped (clearing data, cache and resetting to the preinstalled version)
