Unloading and sorting through Vkontakte id-shnikov?

Good evening
As you know, VK has been hiding the full ID in direct links to the photo (csXXXX.vk.me...jpg) for several years, and shows only the last 3 digits. Is there any script (or the theoretical possibility of creating one) for sampling by these numbers?
Given: idxxxxx123.
The following fall under this mask: 123, 1123, 2123 ... 309000123.
Does the VK API (and does it violate the Rules) allow to unload all possible options and immediately sort them out (at least the page is active or DELETED)? Well, busting is no longer the VK API, but all sorts of pythons, of course.
What can you say about this?
Z.Y. If this is possible in general, is it possible to add buns for the filter gender, date of birth, etc.?

I received via the VK API links to photos for the required selection, more than 1k, then I downloaded everything via wget without any problems.
