Unlink MacBook from AppleID?

Bought a used macbook pro. Before that, I had nothing to do with poppies. Messed around with python, wanted to reinstall setuptools, but messed up. I decided that I needed to restore the system from a disk (Mountain Lion system).
The installer asked me for the Apple ID for which the laptop was purchased. Of course, I don't know him. I tried to enter my own, but the installer gave an error that it was not correct. I googled, found a remark that if you format the hard drive, you can install the system without asking for an Apple ID. I formatted the disk, but it did not help, the installer still asks for Apple ID.
Who will tell you how to proceed in this situation?

There is some binding of purchased devices to AppleID.
If the laptop is really tied to your seller's profile, let him go to supportprofile.apple.com
After authorization, he will see a list of all devices tied to his AppleID there. There he must unregister this laptop.
After that, you will also go to the same link, log in with your AppleID and link this laptop to your profile by entering its serial number.
However, I'm not very sure if this will help, but it's worth a try.
I bought a new Mac Mini as a father-in-law in Moscow a couple of years ago, it was tied to the profile of the person who bought it “there” in the Apple Store and this person could not be found for unlinking (I bought it from hucksters already here). At the same time, all operating systems were installed on this computer without problems.
Apple support will not unlink this laptop from another profile for you for security reasons. However, they also say that such a binding basically does not affect anything when used. I don't know, maybe something has changed in this policy lately. Or the cause of your problems is not in this binding, but in some other one. Perhaps somewhere in iCloud your seller should untie the laptop, or somewhere else.

not relevant, but suddenly someone finds in a search engine, like me
And so, we have a macbook bought from our hands, our apple id and a desire to install everything from scratch
When we try to install the OS with our apple id, we get an error that OS Mavericks is not attached to this apple id , but you don’t want to pull the seller or simply don’t have the opportunity, for example, it’s
enough just to go to maxtor with your apple id from any poppy and show a desire to download OS Mavericks by clicking on the download button. You don't even have to wait for the download to finish. That's it, now your apple id belongs to OS Mavericks.

Try calling Apple support. Tell the situation. Well, either try to contact the one from whom they bought.

rutracker.org/forum/viewtopic.php?p=53058079#53058079 here's how to deploy to a USB flash drive, you can also burn it to disk with the same utility - the third button on the left.
