Unlimited custom fields in OpenCart 3. How?

There is a characteristics tab on the product page in the admin panel and there you can add as many fields as you like by clicking on the "+":


How to implement the same functionality only with custom fields, for example, for an article template?
Let's say on the articles page I have a block with benefits (and there may be 3 or 103 benefits). And you need to be able to click on the "+" in the admin panel and add these 103 benefits.
