Universal dictionary for spell checking in Google Chrome?

Hello, I've been coming back to the issue of a universal dictionary for Chrome for 3 years now. Is there any solution?
You need 2 languages, Russian and English. I'm just too lazy to switch spelling options every time. I think hundreds of people have asked this question, but I did not find anything sensible in Google about this. Thank you.
