Unity Leader Board Google Play Games?

Good day. Tell me a working way to make LeaderBoard through play-games-plugin-for-unity. I use the code from the play-games-plugin-for-unity/samples/Minimal/ folder. An attempt is made to connect, a profile selection window appears, and as a result connection failed.
Unity 2018.4.5 and play-games-plugin-for-unity 0.9.64.

At a minimum, you need to start a page in Google games. Ideally, publish this page.

After that, you need to get resources
After all this, you need some more time, we used to have a couple of days. And then Google will start to authorize the player.
It would also be nice to specify part of the code used for authentication. You could and simply did not correctly transfer the code from the example.
