Unity Hub or Unity?

Good afternoon.
I started to study Unity, I go to the off site to download, and there are 2 versions: Unity Hub and regular Unity.
Can you please tell me what is the difference between them?

Unity Hub is a launcher where you can install, update, contain multiple versions of Unity. It seems that you can also manage projects and packages.
