Unity crashes when I open a project, what should I do?

an hour ago, everything was fine, but now I launch the unity hub, I select the project is loading and after 5 seconds it just crashes. version 2020.3.18f1 lts.

I solved the issue, in the folder with the game in the library, I deleted all the files that were added on the day when the crashes began to occur and then these files were added to me again when I started it. The project is here if that folders:
