Unification of mikrotik local networks. There is Internet, but there is no access to local resources. What's wrong?
I will describe the network.
There is an OFFICE network with external ip.
Inside 192.168.10.0/24
There are branches (10 pcs.) All on mopeds
Networks:
192.168.101.0/24
192.168.102.0/24
...
192.168.110.0/24
VPN PPTP is raised in the OFFICE
Outside I connect (according to for example 105 subnets), I "see" an office router, it lets me into the Internet through the office, everything is fine.
But 192.168.105.99 does not let a specific machine in subnet 105, as well as an office one (when connected according to the office network) 192.168.10.99
Tunnels for each subnet are made like this:
Office - branch 105
192.168.105.2 -
192.168.105.3 info. I re-read it several times (after 10 times I lost my way)
Question.
How to organize the network structure so that:
1) All branch machines can be seen from the office?
2) It is enough to see the entire office from the branches.
Added routes in the office:
191.168.105.0/24 on gw 192.168.105.3
Added routes in the branch
192.168.10.0/24 on gw 192.168.105.2
Doesn't work, even the ping doesn't go.
What am I doing wrong?
What do you need from me to supplement the information for a clearer picture.
Z.Y.
Please be specific and to the point.

In branches you register a route to office through VPN.
In the office, you prescribe routes to each branch through a branch router that connects via VPN.
For VPN, allocate a separate network that does not intersect with the networks of the office / branch
Well, it probably won’t hurt to masquerade on the side of the branches from the VPN, because the Windows firewall can ban all connections from other networks
