Unable to use Toshiba Q-Series PRO SSD with Samsung laptop, installation fails. How to be?

The fact is that the original 650GB HDD hard drive works fine with the laptop, but by connecting an SSD drive from Toshiba (Q-Series PRO), the BIOS is detected, but with the official recorded on the USB flash drive. The Windows 10 utility does not simply start copying files and installing the system during installation.
1. Bios updated today to the latest version and even enabled SATA gen3 Mode for SSD compatibility.
2. The SSD itself worked fine on another Acer laptop and PC.
3. ACHI is included in the BIOS forcibly as everyone advises and tried the same way with it turned off.
4. The SATA itself on the laptop works fine with the native HDD, which eliminates a malfunction with a wire or a laptop (attached and disconnected 5 times).
5. I tried different USB connectors and different flash drives, and even installed Ubuntu 16.04, Windows 7 and 8.1 - the same thing.
6. I reset the BIOS settings to the default state, and also changed everything in different ways and in every possible way, and in general there are very few of them.
In general, some kind of mysticism. I have never seen such a thing. What to do? Maybe carry it to the workshop and spit already :))?
PS: when I tried to clean up the SSD drive via the command line (where possible before installing Windows 10), I got this: https://prnt.sc/il1t14

Well, at least you can try to pass this disk through the low-level formatting procedure (the so-called LLF , this utility is on many LiveDVD/LiveUSB recovery tools). Of course, this software is unpopular, and everyone writes about it, but if nothing else helped, then ...
There are some killer options in the popular Victoria - it’s not for nothing that it is annotated as a terrible thing in inept hands, since it works directly with disk controller.
