Unable to log in to the Bitrix admin area, what should I do?
Oh, this Bitrix, I can’t enter the admin panel from either a PC, a phone or another PC. But others can.
They even created a new account, but to no avail, a message constantly pops up that the username and password are not correct.

If you are sure that you have access to the Bitrix admin panel and clearing the cache did not help, then you should also delete the browser cookies related to the site.
Try:
1. Reset cookies in the browser
2. In your user settings, look at the status "Activity", it is possible that the user has been disconnected
3. Check the saving of sessions (although, in my experience I will say this - I could log in, but when I reloaded the page there was a crash from the account)
4. You can also try to reset the password from the database, go to the b_user table, set your password to a known one, but in a hashed form. For example: 123456789 - 25f9e794323b453885f5181f1b624d0b
5. Try to log in from another browser, if possible, return to step 1.
6. (I didn’t see that the cache was cleared, I’ll leave the points anyway, but I’ll add one more) - Do you log authorization attempts? Try to search there, and most importantly - see if there are any errors in the PHP / Web server logs
