Unable to install Chilkat in Code::Blocks. How to install?

Hello.
Visual Studio has an excellent lib for sending email - EASendMail.
But here the problem is that I can make software more adequately on Code::Blocks, it’s convenient for me there, and the dialog editor works better on Code::Blocks. In general, it so happened that I'd rather work at the block than at the studio. But there is a problem - except for Chilkat there are no normal libs for sending email. And I can’t install Chilkat at all, I didn’t find tutorials on YouTube and Google. And off. Tutor I did not understand at all. Can someone explain to me how to install? I will be sooo grateful!!!
