Unable to generate PDF via pandoc, most likely an error in the XeTeX template?

First time working with LaTeX/XeTeX and creating PDF from MarkDown using Pandoc. I encountered an error that there are no Russian letters in the received PDF and the file breaks on page 3.
I described the error in more detail here .
Template , and script (at the end of the file) which is used to generate.
Here I would like to find those who either faced the same nonsense, or can give a good template for XeTeX for Russian.
