Unable to create view, it takes a very long time to load and Visual Studio freezes, what's the problem?

I want to create a view through the controller, I choose empty - it works, but it starts Scafolding on the other side. But it takes a very long time. I had to reinstall Visual, but to no avail. What could be the problem?

What version of studio? If 2015 - there was a nuance with the manual connection of the scaffolding libraries. Otherwise, most likely, some kind of extension is naughty.
