Ukraine. Customs clearance, two parcels in one day. How to minimize the fee?

It so happened that two Kindles ordered by me on Amazon at different times managed to enter Ukraine on the same day, as a result, the total cost of two parcels exceeded the nasty 200 euros and you have to pay. With the cost of Kindles at $140+$180+2x$25 (for delivery) = $370, it seems unreasonable to pay another ~1600 UAH ($200), such an approximate figure was given by the courier. I would like to clarify what options are possible to minimize costs. Is it possible, resting on the fact that these are different parcels, to try to smuggle them without customs clearance? Is it possible to return the shipment to the sender without customs clearance?
Thanks in advance.

I had a similar situation - they demanded a fee, since the office address was indicated.
Both UPS and Amazon advised to refuse the package, which I did.
It took a long time, a month. After that, within 3 days, the money was returned to the card.
