*.ui to *.py (ImportError) conversion problems. How to eliminate?

When converting ui to py. I got an error, see screenshot, installed 64 bit version of pyqt 5.6.0 and python 3.6.1 rc1.
Visual modules picked up.
Suggest options... Stackoverflow and google didn't help me(

It is possible that PyQT5 version 5.6 is not compatible with python 3.6. Demolish and try the recently released 5.8. Everything works.
