UI not showing in Unity. How to fix?

There is no UI context menu.

I was offered to look. the canvas component to an empty object, nothing there either.

Everything is set here. Turned off the firewall and restarted Unity - the same.

It's empty here too.

What about the rights for an error, check the license and login in the hub.
