UI library for android?

Good day!
I started working with Android and I really don't like the standard components. Most of them are made in the same wretched style. I would like it to be like, for example, in windows phone, where the created button fits into the design of the OS and generally looks good. The bottom line is that I, by no means a designer, really don’t want to choose colors for buttons and text boxes, especially since I don’t do it very well.
Is there a library where components are coerced into a common, pleasing style? Several pages on Google suggested sites with separate controls and a library for drawing graphs.

The standard Holo theme is very personal. I recommend sticking with her style.
