Good afternoon Habr!

Not so long ago I discovered that it is much more convenient / faster / more beautiful to make UI (admin panels) in javascript, i.e. the scheme is something like this: framework (flask/django) -> models -> api (tastypie/restless) and UI is drawn on top of this API. I looked at ExtJS and AngularJS, extJS is impressive, but unfortunately paid. I myself program mainly in Python, and I am not aware of the movements that take place in the world of JavaScript (and apparently a lot of interesting things are happening).

Question: advise what is worthwhile for developing UI in Javascript.

And ExtJS is paid for commercial use only and costs $300. Do you think this is a lot for such a library?
