Ubuntu won't boot from Windows 10 install stick?

Hey! I want to install Windows 10 instead of Ubuntu 20.04, I created a bootable Windows 10 flash drive, and when I rebooted my laptop, I entered the Boot Menu to boot from the flash drive. Clicked on my flash drive and Ubuntu loaded instead. What is the problem?

create a boot flash drive on a new one and preferably on another flash drive
