Ubuntu. When the system boots, it asks for a password, how to remove it?

I installed UBUNTU Mate 15.04 for myself, when the system is first started, the system unit works, but the monitor does not, after rebooting with the button on the system unit, the download starts normally, but it asks for a password. After entering the password, everything works fine, but when I turn off the computer, the monitor goes out, and the system unit works.
I suspect I forgot to uncheck some box during system installation. Is there any way to fix this?

Your disk is just encrypted. This is "removed" only by reformatting.
