Hello, I've encountered a problem, Ubuntu slows down. I'm new to this system so I'm asking for help.
The laptop has a Ryzen 5600h and 16 GB of RAM, but it is constantly clogged. The laptop also has an ssd. Everything works fine on Windows. If you need something for understanding, I will provide screenshots.

What does "slow down" mean? in what specific applications?
The RAM does not seem to be busy globally
, open the console and give the sudo top command there

EMNIP, Linux actively uses RAM to cache file operations. These buffers are low priority, and if the application requests memory, they will be flushed to disk and freed. So you need to look at memory consumption with caution, not always occupied memory is a sign of overload.
