Ubuntu servers not working?

It costs ubuntu server on virtualbox. Today apt-get stopped working: "Unable to initialize connection to ru.archive.ubuntu.com:80". Sites are pinged, which means the Internet is in place. Even reinstalled the server completely, still nothing connects.

Look in /etc/apt/sources.list
Comment out the non-working repository and uncomment the worker closest to you.

Is outgoing traffic allowed from this server?
Many companies regulate Internet access, while ICMP requests are allowed.
Check on the router if there are restrictions on port 80 of outgoing traffic.
In general, give the piece of iron access to the Internet.
