Ubuntu not finding wifi (hp 250 g7)?

Today came the laptop hp 250 g7 (6ul21ea).

I immediately started installing ubuntu 19.10 from a flash drive. After installation, it turned out that he did not find any wireless networks. I looked for solutions on the Internet, but in my case nothing helped.

Please, help.

Same stuff. Ubuntu 18.x.LTS, HP 250. Wifi-router D-Link.
Didn't heal at all. I changed the router to a dual-band Netis.
It got a little better. But still the connection is regularly broken. And it takes a very long time to reconnect.
I sin simply on bad drivers in Ubuntu, due to which weak sensitivity is set.
Now I connect with a cable if I need to download something.
Windows-10 used to be on the same hardware and everything worked chiki-peaks.

I had the same problem when installing the official version of Debian, which included only free components, but after installing the firmware image everything worked. Perhaps there is also an image for Ubuntu with non-free components. I advise you to look.
