Ubuntu GUI won't load?

Ubuntu GUI won't load, help!!
Removed python2.7, after removal some files were deleted and the Internet disappeared; Further loading ubuntu does not load, I can turn on the console, but I can not install files, it gives an error!
Help demolish or reinstall (ubuntu) / install (windows). (Drive-no)

Try bringing back ubuntu-desktop, it's almost certainly been blown a long way. And temporarily don't use authentication (not secure!):
If it installs, reboot and try to log in.

do you have a flash drive?
write down from a friend / friend on it at least Windows at least desktop android or the same Linux and install
