I switched to ubuntu two days ago. The problem is that when you connect headphones in the sound options (output tab), they are not displayed.
Accordingly, the sound only works through the speakers

my output is almost dead, and my ears are not visible,
I put pavucontrol (pulse volume control) and already in the program I manually change the device that should work
