Ubuntu. A command to display healthy processes and the most voracious ones?

Hello everyone, please tell me what commands you can find out the most voracious process that consumes the most CPU resources.
To list all processes that have the "healthy" status, use the ps aux | grep ^root ?
Thanks in advance.
