Ubuntu 16.10 won't connect to LAN?

Tell me, please, updated from ubuntu 16.04 to 16.10 and after the update, the local network is not automatically connected.
When I try to run: ping 192.168.0.1
I get the message:

connect: Network unavailable

Command: sudo lshw -C network
Issues:

*-network DISABLED
