Ubuntu 16.04 on a new laptop does not work well and wi-fi is very bad, what should I do?

I put it as a second OS, an HP laptop - 4 GB of OP, and at the same time everything, my own costs 10 from Windows and also dulls, although there are no problems with wi-fi. But immediately updated all the drivers from Windows. After installing Linux, I installed all the drivers on proprietary ones, but still does not always see the network, and if it does, it does not connect. Already googled 10 times and tried everything, but still something is wrong, tell me what could be the problem and thank you all in advance

lspci or lsusb, and google the adapter's wifi id.

Try changing the wifi channel on the router, for example, instead of 10, put 7.8
