Two Yii developers and one nodejs developer, what to do with them?
It so happened that two yii developers and one nodejs were recruited into the office. And the office plans to make a car search service (such as auto ru). Question: how would you separate these three guys on the project? Well, that is, who would they put on what?
It scares me that both php (yii) and nodejs are in the same bundle in humans, is this normal? I just don't know.

So people are recruited for tasks, and not vice versa.
Without good reasons, having a zoo of technologies at the start of the project, and even more so languages, is a sure way to failure.
NodeJS as an API, one on Yii as a backend using the API, and the second on YII, but with a bias towards the front. Somehow, I think.
Repurpose nodejs for the frontend - let him write the frontend part in angular/react. I agree with the previous statement that without the need to produce technologies on the server is a path to failure.
First, find out which of them will write the front-end, maybe there is more logic in the front-end due to the structure of the project. On the server, apparently, toss a coin or choose 1 stack in another way. The node / php combination is relevant only for the admin panel, because in node there are problems with ready-made admins, otherwise it is redundant.
But in general, all three should be ready to transfer to other options if they are in a permanent job.
