Two providers one locale?

Good afternoon!
Is it possible to implement access via a local network, for example, to a network folder between two routers, if each router has an Internet channel from different providers?

If you mean that you have 2 independent networks, in different places, and connected by different routers to different providers, then there are 2 ways:
1) Set up IPSec (it's not so scary and difficult if the routers support it). Then your locales will communicate directly.
2) Set up mutual synchronization of these folders, for example via Sync .

It is possible by creating a tunnel. Details depending on the specific conditions, white IP, provider's firewall and many others.

Two providers one locale?
Yes, at least a hundred providers in one local area.

Access to a network folder does not depend in any way on connecting to providers. You can turn them off altogether, or at least connect a hundred.
