Two charge controllers for 18650 in parallel?

Well, suddenly someone will tell you .. :)
I found a charge controller for 18650.
I want to power the GPS beacon (powered by 6-18 volts), connecting two controllers in series. Charge the assembly from a 12v generator in a motorcycle.
Will it take off or not?
