Twitter. Question about displaying text?

What can explain such a display of text in the input field? Moreover, when copying this crooked text into the input fields of other sites or programs, it is inserted normally. I can't understand it. Can someone explain?

In what browser is this disgrace displayed like this? The Twitter site itself is UTF-8 encoded and uses Lucida Grande and sans-serif fonts.

As an addition:
- The text in the input fields when printing is displayed abnormally;
- The tape itself is displayed normally;
- If you select a tweet and start reading replies to it and so on, it is again abnormally displayed.
System: Win, Chrome version - 10.0.648.82 beta.
