Twitter feed by hashtag?

We decided to integrate the display of the latest messages on a specific hash tag on the site.
I found the twemes.com website widget. I was
delighted, integrated it, but new tweets with the required hash tag were not displayed.
Wrote to twemes.com support, they replied
"Due to restrictions that Twitter has put on our service, we are no longer able to capture all messages associated with a specific hashtag."
What to do, maybe one of the respected webmasters knows another solution?
